ملخص الدراسة
تـعد ظاهرة جنوح الأحـداث مـن أبرز الظواهـر الاجتماعية المـخـلة بالنـظام الاجتماعـي فـي أي مجتمع كان، ولما للمجتمع في بلادنا العربية والإسلامية مـن خصوصية مميزة، كان لزاماً عـلينا إخضاع هذه الظاهرة للدراسة والتحليل ومعرفة الأسباب الحقيقية الـمؤدية لها، والتو صل للنتائج والتوصيات التي يمكن أن تفيد في مـعالجة ما يمكن من تأثيرات هذه الظاهرةالخطيرة على المجتمع.
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عـن مشكـلة جـرائم الأحـداث فـي محافـظات قـطاع غـزة، ولذلك جاءت هذه الدراسة محاولة تفسير بعض العوامل المؤدية إلى ظهور هـذه الظاهرة، ويمكن بلورة مـشكـلة الدراسة فـي السـؤال التالي مـا هي أبرز الأسباب (العوامل) المؤدية إلى جنوح الأحداث، وما مدى علاقة هذه العوامل بالظاهرة موضوع البحث، واستهدفت الدراسة التعرف على العوامل المختلفة المؤدية إلى جنوح الأحداث، من حيث أهميتهاوالتعرف على أبرز الأسباب التي أدت إلى ظهور هذا السلوك الجانح لدى الحدث، والتعرف على الخصائص المميزة للأحداث والآثار المترتبة على جنوح الأحداث ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف اعتمدت الباحثة على بيانات مؤسسة الربيع والجهاز المركزي للإحصاء الفلسطيني، وقامت الباحثة بإعداد و تصميم استبانه وزعت على مجتمع الدراسة من مائة شخص من مؤسسة الربيع للتعرف على العوامل الاجتماعية و الاقتصادية لمرتكبي جناح الأحداث.
واعتمدت الدراسة من منهجيتها على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، بالإضافة إلى نتائج الاستبانة، وقد أظهرت الدراسة أن جناح الأحداث في محافظات غزة في تزايد مستمر، وأن المشكلة الحقيقية تتمثل في أصدقاء السوء حيث بلغت نسبة ارتكاب الجنح للأحداث بمشاركة أصدقاء السوء 67% بينما 32% كانت برفقة شخص من أفراد أسرته، كما تبين أن التسرب من المدرسة للأحداث الجانحين قد بلغ 87% من أفراد عينة الدراسة، وأن هناك علاقة قوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الكثافة السكانية وعدد السكان والمساحة السكنية الفعلية لمحافظات غزة من ناحية، وبين عدد جناح الأحداث من ناحية أخرى.
بينت الدراسة أن جناح الأحداث يزداد مع انخفاض متوسط دخل الأسرة، إذ بلغت نسبة الأحداث الجانحين 51% من أفراد عينة الدراسة دخلهم أقل من 250 دولار وهذا يدل على ارتفاع نسبة الفقر والبطالة بينهم.
كما أظهرت الدراسة الميدانية أن معظم مرتكبي جناح الأحداث من فئة المراهقين التي تنحصر أعمارهم بين 13-18 سنة ويشكلون 95%، وأن 74% من أفراد العينة مؤهلهم العلمي ما بين الإعدادي و الثانوي وأن 26% منهم يتبع الفئات التعليمية الأقل.

The phenomenon of youth heel is one of the most significant social phenomena that defects the social system in any society.
As the society of our Islamic and Arabic world have specific specialty, so we should conquest this phenomenon under study and analysis to understand the real reasons that lead to this phenomenon. Therefore to achieve the results and recommendation that can contribute to remedy the consequences of this serious phenomenon on the society.
The study aims to disclose the juveniles crime problems in Gaza Governorates. So this study is an attempt to explain some factors that lead to the appearance of this phenomenon. The study attempt to answer the following question: What are the reasons (Factors) that causes and lead to Juvenile aggression. The relationships range of these factors with the phenomena under study. The study also aimed to recognize the orders of the different important factors that lead to Juvenile aggression.It also aims to understand the prominent reasons that lead to the appearance of this aggression behavior of the youth and to comprehend youth's major characteristic feature and the consequence effects of the Juvenile aggression.
To achieve these aims, the researcher depends on Arabian Foundation and the Palestinian Central bureau of Statistics.
The researcher prepared and designed a questionnaire that was distributed to a sample of 100 persons of the Arabian Foundation aimed to recognize the social and economic factors of the youth juvenile aggression.
The study depends on the descriptive and analytical approaches in addition to the questionnaire results.
The study reveals that the youth's delinquents are increasing steadily in the Gaza Governorates. The real problems are the wicked friendships where the proportion of carrying out a crime with friends share reaches 67%, whereas 32% accompanied with a person from the family. It also appears that youth aggressors break away from the school reaches 87% of the studied sample.
There are strong statistical significant relationships between the population density, population numbers and the exact housing area of the Gaza Governorate in one hand and the youth delinquent numbers on the other hand.
The study shows that the delinquent Juveniles increased with the decrease of the average family income. The Delinquent juveniles ratio reach 51% with a family income less than 250$ of the studied sample and this pointed to the high ratio of poverty and redundancy among them. The field study reveals also that most of the youths carrying out aggression are from adolescent category aging between 13-18 years and comprises 95% of the sample and 74% of the sample persons their education levels range between elementary and secondary schools,and 26% belong to lower education levels.
