ملخص

تعد جغرافية الجريمة فرعا جديداً من فروع الجغرافيا البشرية, بحيث يمكن الاستفادة منها عالمياً ومحلياً من خلال التعرف إلى الأسباب التي يمكن أن تسهم في زيادة الجريمة, وهذه الدراسة هي من أولى الدراسات التي تدرس أبعاد جريمة القتل في محافظات غزة والتي تعتبر أحد أهداف هذا البحث وخاصة جرائم القتل والتي ازدادت في الفتره الأخيرة, وإلقاء الضوء عليها, خاصة أنها ظهرت حديثا نتيجة لمجموعة من المتغيرات في الأوضاع السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية مما أدى الى وصولها للمرتبة الرابعة لمؤشر الخطر العالمي الذي يعتمد على الإحساس بالأمن الشخصي وهي مرتبة مرتفعة, وقد توصل الباحث إلى أن جريمة القتل في تزايد مستمر وأن هناك علاقة قوية بين جرائم القتل وحجم المحافظات وكذلك بين عدد الجرائم والكثافة السكانية. كما أظهرت الدراسة أن 80.1% من جرائم القتل تتركز في الفئة العمرية من 15-39 سنة, وأثبتت أن الحصار المفروض على محافظات غزة ساهم في ارتفاع نسبة جرائم القتل بحوالي 21% من مجموع جرائم القتل فيها. مما يستوجب الوقوف على هذه الظاهرة الخطيرة من قبل أصحاب القرار للحد منها.

Abstract

This study focuses on the phenomenon of crime murder in Gaza governorates which has recently been increased as result of political, economic and social changes. As a result, Gaza occupies now the fourth rank on the International Danger Scale which depends on feeling of personal safety. The research concludes that this continuous increase is closely related to the size of Gaza governorates and to the density of population. The study indicates that people between 15-34 years are involved in 75% of murder cases and that the siege imposed on Gaza contribute 21% increase in murder cases. Finally, the researcher states that it is important that decision makers must interfere to put an end to this dangerous social phenomenon . The Geography of crime is new branch of the population  Geography, it is useful means locally and globally for recognizes the causes contributed in increasing the level of crimes. This is the first research  studied the dimension of crimes in the Gaza Strip. These crimes have being in resurgence most recently, that deserve to be highlighted. These new crimes emerges as a results of changes in different interrelated factors such as, political, economic and socials status. The results  reveal that  Gaza occupy the highest fourth order of the world risk indicator, which depends on feeling of personal security. The research demonstrate that, the murder of crime is increasing. There is a strong relationships between the number of murders and both the size of the governorates and the population density. The study reveals that 80.1% of the murders are concentrates in the 15-30 age class. The research confirmed that, the siege imposed on the Gaza Strip has contribute 21% rises of the total crimes. Therefore the policy and decision makers must be aware and asked to be involve to put end to this serious and dangerous phenomenon.
