الملخص: تعد التنمية الصناعية احدى الركائز الأساسية للنهوض بالواقع الاقتصادي والاجتماعي لأي بلد، وإن دراسة الاتجاهات القطاعية وتحليلها تعتمد على اختيار المتغيرات الداخلة في التحليل التي تقود إلى تحقيق الهدف الذي يتغير تبعاً إلى الهدف نفسه، إذ يتم اختيار متغيرات معينة لكل هدف يعتمد على تبريرات متصلة ونابعة من الهدف في أي إقليم جغرافي. ومحافظة القادسية هي إحدى تلك المناطق التي تتوافر فيها مستلزمات الإنتاج الصناعي والتي يمكن استخدامها في قياس الكفاءة الاقتصادية أو الاجتماعية أو النشاط الاقتصادي أو دمج الأهداف العامة معا. ولقد تبين من تحليل المتغيرات الخاصة بتحقيق هدف الكفاءة الاقتصادية في الصناعات التحويلية أن الصناعات الكيمياوية والهندسية والغذائية والإنشائية جاءت في المقدمة، فيما جاءت صناعات تستوعب أعداداً كبيرة من العمال محققة لهدف الكفاءة وتمثلت بالصناعات النسيجية والإنشائية والغذائية، أما الصناعات التي تساعد على تحفيز حركة النشاط الاقتصادي فكانت الصناعات الكيمياوية والإنشائية أولاً ثم الصناعات الغذائية والهندسية ثانياً، بينما حظيت الصناعات الإنشائية والكيمياوية والنسيجية في المقدمة ثم الصناعات الغذائية والهندسية في تحقيق الأهداف العامة في المحافظة.

Abstract: The Industrial development is one of the fundamental pillars for the advancement with reality of the Economic and Social of any country, that the study and analysis of sectoral trends depend on the choice of entering variables in the analysis, which will lead to achieve the goal which changes depending on the target itself, as the selection of certain variables for each objective based on justifications related to and derived from the goal of a geographical region. The province of Qadisiyah is one of those areas where industrial production kits available that can be used in the measurement of economic efficiency, social or economic activity or merge general goals together. It has been shown through the variables analyzed to the goal of economic efficiency in manufacturing the chemical, engineering, food and construction industries, came in the front. Those industries absorbed large numbers of unrealized workers to the goal of social competence and represented textile and construction and food industries, while the industries that help to stimulate economic activity was chemical and construction industries firstly, and food and engineering industries Secondly, while construction , chemical and textile industries in the foreground , then food and engineering industries in achieving the general objectives in the province.
