التوسع العمراني وأثره على الأراضي
الزراعية في ريف مدينة الخالدية
مستخلص الدراسة
تحتل منطقة الدراسة (ريف مدينة الخالدية) موقعأً متميزاً في وسط القطر والجزء الشمالي الشرقي من محافظة الأنبار وتحتوي على إمكانيات طبيعية تتجسد بنهر الفرات ووفرة الأراضي الصالحة للزراعة والمواد الأولية اللازمة للصناعات الغذائية فضلاً عن الإمكانات البشرية المتمثلة بالأيدي العاملة والخبرات.
ونظراً لما يشهده ريف مدينة الخالدية من توسع عمراني عشوائي على حساب الأراضي الزراعية بسبب الزيادة السكائية الكبيرة فقد كان باعثاً عدّته الباحثة لدراستها لا سيما إنه أدى إلى تناقص كبير في المساحات المزروعة إذ أصبحت الزراعة حرفة ثانوية للسكان الذين توجهوا إلى العمل في الوظائف الحكومية والإدارية.
قدمت الدراسة عرضاً للخصائص الجغرافية الطبيعية (البنية الجيولوجية والسطح والمناخ والتربة والموارد المائية) وأثرها في التوسع العمراني. ثم الخصائص البشرية التي جاءت لتعطي صورةٌ عن حجم السكان وتوزيعهم الجغرافي ومعدل النمو وأثر العوامل الاجتماعية والأرث في تفتيت ملكية الأرض الزراعية. وهذا ما دعى إلى تناول الأنماط الزراعية من حيث (توزيعها وأنواعها والمساحة الصالحة للزراعة والمزوعة، وواقع الثروة الحيوانية لعام 2007 مقارنة بعام 1997. وبعد ذلك كان لا بد من التعرض إلى طبيعة التوسع العمراني على حساب الأراضي الزراعية من مختلف أنواعه (السكنية والتجارية والصناعية والخدمية) اعتماداً على المسح الميداني واستخدام أسلوب العينة. ومن ثم فقد كان لابد من إعطاء رؤية جغرافية عن التوجهات المستقبلية بعد تحديد حجم السكان لعام (2107) من خلال الاسقاطات السكائية وتحديد حاجة السكان إلى الوحدات السكنية ومساحتها وتنمية المؤسسات الخدمية التي يحتاجها السكان؛ وتنمية التكامل الزراعي- الصناعي وتنمية الثروة الحيوانية.
The Constructive Expansion and Its effect on the Agricultural Land in the Rural of Al-Khaldiya City
Abstract:
The area of the stady (the country side of Al-Khalidiyia City) occupies a distinctive location in the middle of Iraq and the eastern and northern part of Al-Anbar province. Al-Khalidiyia City has natural potentialities represented by the Euphrates River, the availability of the lands that are suitable for agriculture, raw materials for food industries, in addition to the humanitarian potentialities represented by labors and experience.
Since the area of the study has witnessed a random constructive expansion regardless to the agricultural lands as a result of the population incensement, the researcher is stimulated to choose this specific area for the study, especially when this censed high decreasment in the agricultural areas where agriculture has become a minor profession for the population who went to work in governmental institutions.
The study presented a survey for the natural characteristics (geological structure, surface, climate, water resources and soil) and their effect on the constructive expansion. The study also surveys the humanitarian characteristics which give an image of the ratio of population, geographical distribution, the arorage of development, the effect of the social factors, and heritage in destroying the ownership of the agricultural land. All this led to handle the agriculture patterns in terms of their distribution, types, areas suitable for agriculture, the planted areas and the animal wealth for the year 2007 as compared to the year 1997.
Thus, the researcher is urged to know the nature of the constructive expansion regardless to the agricultural lands in terms of hansing expansion, comnericial expansion, industrial expansion and service expansion. And also to give a geographical insight on the future orientations after determining the ratio of population for 2017 through the population decreasment, the need of people for housing units and their areas, developing the service institutions that people need, developing Industrial-agriculture integration and developing the animal wealth.
