المستخلص
تعد الخدمات التعليمية إحدى الفعاليات التي مارستها المدن لرفد سكانها وسكان أقاليمها بطرق مختلفة والتي كان لها الأثر الكبير في التطور الثقافي للمجتمع.
وتهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن كفاءة الخدمات التعليمية ومدى ملائمة ذلك التوزيع مع الكثافة السكانية في منطقة عكركوف كماً ونوعاً ومكانياً وتباين كفاءتها الكمية و كفاءتها المكانية من خلال النمو الحضري لمنطقة الدراسة، وهي مرتبطة بشكل وثيق بحياة المجتمعات، ولا يخفى عن الجميع أن الخدمات التعليمية في المناطق الحضرية ومراكز الأقضية والنواحي فيما تعاني المناطق الريفية في أطراف المدن والقرى النائية من عجز واضح في الخدمات التعليمية كما في منطقة الدراسة.
وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على الأساليب والطرق الإحصائية منها المسافة المعيارية والجار الأقرب لنطاق الحرم المكاني (BUFFER) و23 Mitab-17 , Spss-ونظم المعلومات الجغرافية (GIS) وجهاز تحديد الموقع (GPS) لغرض تحديد أماكن المؤسسات التعليمية قيد الدراسة واسقاطها بصيغة نقاط بواسطة برامج نظم المعلومات الجغرافية .
تضمنت الرسالة الإطار النظري لمنطقة عكركوف بدءاً من عرض المشكلة والفرضية والمنهجية، والهدف من البحث، وتحديد منطقة الدراسة، ومصادر الدراسة وبعض المفاهيم الأساسية ثم الدراسات السابقة. في حين خصص الفصل الأول لتاريخ منطقة الدراسة والعوامل الطبيعية التي توثر على الخدمات التعليمية وتكون من مبحثين المبحث الأول تاريخ منطقة عكركوف والمبحث الثاني العوامل الطبيعية والبشرية وأثرها على واقع الخدمات التعليمية، فيما تضمن الفصل الثاني مراحل وتطور الخدمات التعليمية والتوزيع المكاني للخدمات التعليمية ويتضمن مبحثين المبحث الأول مراحل وتطور الخدمات التعليمية والمبحث الثاني متمثلا التوزيع المكاني للخدمات التعليمية، تناول الفصل الثالث كفاءة الخدمات التعليمية وكفاءة الأبنية المدرسية في منطقة عكركوف واستقلاليتها وتكون من مبحثين المبحث الأول كفاءة الخدمات التعليمية وتضمن المبحث الثاني كفاءة الأبنية المدرسية، أما بالنسبة للفصل الرابع كثافة المدارس والكوادر التربوية و الطلبة وأنماط التوزيع المكاني للخدمات التعليمية التنبؤ بالاحتياجات المستقبلية وقد تضمن المبحث الأول أنماط التوزيع المكاني للخدمات التعليمية أما المبحث الثاني التنبؤ بالاحتياجات المستقبلية لمنطقة الدراسة ويرى الباحث أن منطقة عكركوف تعاني سوء التوزيع المكاني للمؤسسات التربوية واقترح زيادة عدد المدارس وتطوير المدارس الحالية مما يدل على عجز في كفاءة الخدمات التعليمية في منطقة عكركوف.

ABSTRACT
The present study aims at detcting the efficiency of educational services in the Akarkov region and to uncover the problems that hinder educational services . These services are among the basic services that must be provided to the population and it is closely linked to the life of societies . It is well known that educational services are concentrated in urban areas, districts centres and sub –district .
Meanwhile , rural areas and the outskirts of cities and remote villages suffer from a clear deficit of the educational services . The mission aims to demonstrate the efficiency of educational services in Akarkov region . In order to achieve the objectives of this study and reach it ,it has relied on the historical and analytical method using statistical methods including the standard distance and the nearest neighbour ,scope of the spatial campus (Buffer), geographical information system (GIS) and the identification of educational institutions with points .
In addition to the field study ,two types of questionnaires were used the first one was distributed to school administrations to support and enhance data and fill data gaps and the other related to the study community in the area .
The submitted thesis included the theoretical frame work for the Akarkov region and dealt with the presentation of the problem , the hypothesis ,the methodology . The aim of the research is to identify the study area , the study sources , some basic concepts and the previous studies .
The first chapter deals with the history of the study area and the natural factors that affect educational services . It consists of two topics.
The first section deals with the history of Akarkov region and the second deals with natural factors and their impact on the reality of educational services .
The second chapter deals with the stages and development of educational services and the geographical distribution of educational services . It consists of two topics ,the first topic deals with the stages and development of education services and the second topic deals with the geographical distribution of educational services .
The third chapter deals with the efficiency of educational services and the efficiency school buildings in the Akarkov region.
The fourth chapter deals with the future needs of the study area and the most important proposals and conclusions reached by the researcher .
