الإسكان الحكومي في مدينة الزبير

الملخص:
تعد مشكلة الإسكان الحضري لمدينة الزبير من أهم المشاكل التي يعاني منها سكان المدينة ومن خلالها تتصاعد أزمات الخدمات المجتمعية والبنى الارتكازية الأخرى وهذا في الحقيقة ينطبق على كافة مدن العراق التي تعاني من عجز في عدد المساكن المناسبة في حدودها الدنيا كماً ونوعاً، وكما معروف فإنَّ للقطاع العام والذي يقصد به النشاط الذي تقوم به الدولة والمتمثل هنا بالهيئة العامة للإسكان والتابعة إلى وزارة الإسكان والتعمير وتقوم هذه الهيئة ببناء المساكن والمجمعات السكنية في البلاد والتي اسهمت في تخفيف جزء من مشكلة الإسكان عن وتوزيع قطع الأراضي السكنية فضلاً عن التسهيلات المالية والقروض العقارية لشرائح مختلفة من المجتمع مما أدى إلى تطور الوظيفة السكنية كماً ونوعاً، ويهدف البحث لدراسة هذه المشكلة و دراسة أهم مشاريع الإسكان التي قامت الدولة ببنائها لبعض شرائح المجتمع في مدينة الزبير.

Abstract
The problem of urban housing of Az Zubayr is one of the most important problems of the city's population which the crisis of community services escalate thru it, and other infrastructure, in fact this applies to all the cities of Iraq that suffer from a shortage of appropriate houses in its quantity and quality minimum limits .As it is well known, the public sector which is intended to activity of the state represented by the general authority of housing here affiliated to the ministry of construction and housing which have the authority of building houses , and public houses. In addition to the houses restoration. It contributed to the easing of housing problem by distribution of residential land as well as financial facilities and real estate loans to various strata of society which led to residential function development in quality and quantity in the seventies of the last century, the research deals with the study of this problem, building private residential neighborhoods for some social classes . The research aims to find out the most important housing projects which the state built in al -Zubair .
