الملخص العربي: الهجرة الريفية الحضرية وأثرها على النمو العمراني في منطقة حلوان جنوبي القاهرة – دراسة جغرافية

تناول البحث دراسة الهجرة الريفية الحضرية وأثرها على النمو العمراني في منطقة حلوان حيث تناول الفترة من 1950 – 2016 ، وتعود أهمية هذه الدراسة نظراً للتغير في وظيفة المنطقة وتحولها من الوظيفة السياحية إلى الصناعية وصاحب هذا التغير تغيراً في الخريطة السكانية والعمرانية لمنطقة الدراسة في هذه الفترة. وقد أدى هذا الجذب السكاني إلى الضغط على خدمات المنطقة بشكل لا يتناسب مع إمكانات تنميتها مما أدى إلى تدهور المنطقة وظهور الكثير من العشوائيات بالإضافة إلى الزحف العمراني على الأراضي الزراعية بالمنطقة، وهذا ما حث الدولة على وضع خطط لتنمية المنطقة وخاصة بعد أن انفصلت لتكون محافظة جديدة بالتقسيم الإداري للدولة.
وتضم الدراسة خمسة فصول تسبقها مقدمة وتعقبها خاتمة. يشتمل الفصل الأول على بعض الملامح العمرانية بمنطقة الدراسة وتمثلت في اللمحة التاريخية والتطور الإداري لمنطقة حلوان، بالإضافة لدراسة الموقع والعلاقات المكانية ورصد مراحل النمو العمراني للمنطقة واتجاهاته خلال الفترة 1950 - 2014 بشكل مفصل، ثم الوقوف على أنماط الإسكان السائدة بحلوان واختتم الفصل بدراسة التركيب الداخلي للمنطقة من خلال دراسة استخدام الأرض والنمو العمراني الرأسي وكذلك الوقوف على حالة المباني ومواد إنشائها.
تناول الفصل الثاني دراسة سكان منطقة الدراسة وجاءت بدراسة تطور ونمو حجم سكان حلوان خلال الفترة 1882 - 2006 من خلال دراسة التطور العددي للسكان ومعدلات نموهم والوقوف على حجم الزيادة الطبيعية المؤثرة في هذا التطور. ثم دراسة توزيع السكان وكثافتهم ورصد لخصائصهم متمثلة في دراسة كل من تركيبهم النوعي والعمري وحالتهم التعليمية والزواجية، بالإضافة للوقوع على الخصائص الاقتصادية من حيث الحالة العملية وموقف الفرد من العمل ومعدلات البطالة وأخيراً الأنشطة الاقتصادية.
أما الفصل الثالث فيدرس الهجرة وآثارها الديموجرافية بمنطقة الدراسة من خلال الوقوف على صافي حجم الهجرة خلال الفترة 1976 - 2016 . بالإضافة إلى رصد مصادر الهجرة الوافدة ومراحلها، كذلك دوافع الهجرة وأنماط توطن المهاجرين. ثم دراسة لخصائص المهاجرين طبقاً لعينة منطقة الدراسة وانتهى الفصل بدراسة للمشكلات التي يعاني منها المهاجرون بمنطقة الدراسة. في حين اهتم الفصل الرابع بدراسة الهجرة وآثارها على النمو العمراني بمنطقة الدراسة، حيث أمكن تقسيم أثر الهجرة على مستويين، يعتبر شكل العمران أولهما بينما تغير التركيب الداخلي هو المستوى الثاني. وأظهرت دراسة التغير فى شكل العمران ثلاثة أشكال وهم؛ الأول هو ظهور العشوائيات بمنطقة حلوان، وثانيها هو تعمير الهوامش الصحراوية متمثلة في إنشاء مدينة 15 مايو التابعة، وثالثها الزحف العمراني على الأراضي الزراعية بمنطقة الدراسة. و ختم الفصل بدراسة التغير في التركيب الداخلي طبقاً لعينة الدراسة من خلال دراسة نوع المبنى واستخدامه وارتفاعه وحالته ومادة إنشائه وعمره وواجهته، ذلك بجانب دراسة مساحة المسكن ومتوسط عدد غرفه وخامة أرضيته وأخيراً إتصال المساكن بخدمات البنية الأساسية طبقاً لعينة الدراسة.
تضمن الفصل الخامس دراسة مستقبل الهجرة بحلوان وذلك بدراسة للجمعيات الأهلية في محافظة القاهرة ودور جمعيات الروابط الإقليمية وتوزيعها طبقاً لمناطق الإرسال، بجانب دراسة التواصل بين المهاجرين وجهات الأصل. واختتم الفصل بتنبؤ لحجم سكان المنطقة حتى عام 2046 بالإضافة لتنبؤ الكتلة العمرانية حتى عام 2050 . وانتهت الدراسة بالخاتمة بما خلصت إليه من نتائج وتوصيات في محاولة لوضع رؤية مستقبلية للتعامل مع النمو العمراني المتزايد وتجنب العديد من المشكلات الناجمة عن الهجرة.

Abstract
Impact of Rural – Urban Migration on Urban Growth in Helwan – Southern Cairo
A Geographical Study
The study consists of five chapters preceded by an introduction and foreword, and followed by a conclusion:
Chapter I discuss some of urban features in Helwan, followed by population in chapter II, while chapter III discusses the migration and its demographic impacts and chapter IV is concerned with impacts of migration on urban growth. Finally, chapter V explains the future of the migration in Helwan.
The study is ended up with a conclusion implied some results and recommendations of how to set a future vision against the growing urban development to avoid the uprising problems of the migration.

It discusses their characteristics which include age and sex composition, educational and marital status an economic Characteristics as size of labour force, employees, unemployed people, their unemployment rate and their participation in economic activities as well. Chapter III is concerned with the migration and its demographic impacts which represented by the net migration in the period 1976 -2016 A.D. followed by conducting sources and stages of in-migration showing the factors and types of migration. It discusses in-migrants characteristics which based on a field case study showing the problems which faced them in Helwan. Chapter IV is concerned with impact of migration on urban growth which divided into two levels: first one is the change in urban pattern while the change in Helwan’s morphology is the second one and both of them based on a field case study. The change in urban pattern shows three different types which are the formation of slum areas in Helwan area, constructions in desert frontiers e.g. satellite city and 15th May City and urban sprawl in cultivated areas. This chapter is ended up with discussing the changes in the internal constructions according to the sample under discussion through the study of the building type, usage, height, status, construction material, age, and facade; besides, the area of that building, average of room’s numbers, floor material, and finally the integration into the infrastructure.
Finally chapter V discusses the future of the migration in Helwan through the historical study of civil associations, the role of regional link associations and their distribution according to push areas; in addition to, study the relation between the migrants and their origins followed by predicting to population size in Helwan till 2046 and size of urban agglomeration until 2050. The study concluded with a result with recommendations attempting to provide a future vision for dealing with increased urban expansion and avoiding many of the migration problems.

This research discusses the impact of rural – urban migration on urban growth in Helwan during the period 1950 -2016 A.D. The importance of this study relays on the change of Helwan’s classification from tourist to industrial which accompanied by demographic and urban changes in the area which is under the discussion during that period. Consequently, this migration led to a deterioration of the public facilities in a way doesn’t compare to the available development resources caused slum areas to be formed in addition to the urban sprawl extends into the cultivated lands, which provoked to set plans for the area development especially after be split from Cairo Governorate to form a new dependent one according to the administrative divisions of the state.
This study consists of five chapters preceded by an introduction with foreword, and followed by a conclusion.
Chapter I discuss some of urban features in Helwan, which represented in the historical perspectives and the administrative development of Helwan area in addition to the location and spatial planning providing a detailed account of the stages and directions of horizontal expansion during the period between 1950 -2014 A.D. ;in addition to, the dominant residential patterns in Helwan ended with discussing the land use, vertical development expansion ;besides, the status and materials of the buildings. Chapter II discusses population in Helwan explaining the increase in population and their growth rate during the period 1882 -2006 A.D.; in addition to, the rate of natural increase (RNI) which is affecting on that growth focusing on studying the population distribution and their density.
