الملخص
تناولت الدراسة موضوع التحولات الحضرية في كل من نعلين وعين يبرود كحالة دراسية، محاولة البحث عن أبرز المؤشرات الحضرية التي برزت فيها، والعوامل والأسباب التي ساهمت في نشوء هذه المؤشرات وجعلت من نعلين وعين يبرود تجمعات ريفية في طريقها إلى التحضر. وهدفت الدراسة إلى رصد المؤشرات الحضرية (العمرانية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية) كخصائص الأنماط العمرانية، وطبيعة البناء، رصد مستوى الدخل....( والتي طرأت في منطقة الدراسة وما هي الأسباب التي ساهمت في بروز التحول الحضري فيها، ومعرفة التباينات في مظاهر التحضر بين نعلين وعين يبرود، وأخيراً تحديد أهم المشكلات البيئية الناتجة عن عملية التحول الحضري، وتمت معالجة الدراسة من خلال جمع البيانات التي تتعلق بالنمو الحضري والدراسات السابقة واستخدام صور جوية وخرائط سابقة وتحليلها باستخدام نظم المعلومات الجغرافية ArcMap 10.4 بالإضافة الى عمل مقابلات شخصية.
وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج وكان من أهمها، أن كل من التجمعين قد تمدد على حساب الأراضي الزراعية مما أدى لمشكلات بيئية، لكن عين يبرود اختلفت عن نعلين في سيادة البناء بالحجر النظيف والفيلات أكثر من نعلين، كما ان معظم المباني (حوالي 80 %) من المباني في كلا التجمعين هي ملك لأصحابها مما يعكس الوضع المادي الجيد، لكن ومع هذا التحضر الحاصل إلا أن التحضر في نعلين كان تدريجياً منذ زمن طويل على عكس عين يبرود. كما أظهرت الدراسة أن نعلين وعين يبرود كلاهما أصبحتا تجمعات ريفية في طريقها إلى التحضر وتشابهت في بعض المظاهر الحضرية ولكن اختلفت في الأسباب والعوامل التي ساهمت في بروز هذه المظاهر المتشابهة، حيث شكل موقع نعلين الجغرافي وقربها من الخط الأخضر والعمالة في الداخل المحتل من جهة، والهجرة الخارجية في عين يبرود والتحويلات المالية من المغتربين من جهة أخرى، الدور الأكبر في تحضرهما. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى عدة توصيات ومقترحات لتقديم الحلول المناسبة للمشاكل حتى تتمكن منطقتي الدراسة من أداء وظائفها.
Urban Transformations in Localities of the Palestinian Central Mountains - Ni’lin & Ein Yabrud As Case Studies
Abstract:
The study deals with the urban transformations in Ni'lin and Ain Yabrud as a case study. The study attempts to find the most prominent urban indicators that emerged in both localities. The factors and reasons that contributed to the emergence of these indicators, which made Ni'lin and Ein Yabroud urban communities were also studied. The study aims at comparing between the study areas and identifying the aspect of urbanization whether different or similar. The study used different tools such as the collection of data, which is related to urban growth, from previous studies, aerial photos, and maps and through analyzing them using GIS ArcMap 10.4 in addition to conducting personal interviews.
The study also aims at the identification of some urbanization indicators (urban, economic and social such as urban patterns, the nature of construction, and level of income ...) in the study area and what are the reasons that contributed to urban transformation, the differences of urbanization between Ni'lin and Ein Yabroud, and finally identifying the most important environmental problems resulting from urbanization.
The study has different results, most notably is that both communities have been expanded on agricultural area which has resulted in environmental problems. In Ein yabroud the buildings were different that in Ni’lin in where the first has high quality stone buildings and villas more than in Ni’lin, most of the houses are privately owned by the inhabitants(more than 80%) in both communities which is reflecting the good economic status, but despite urbanization in both communities, Ni’lin showed a gradual and old Ottoman urbanization process as compared to the recently urbanized Ein yabroud. Also both Ein Yabroud and Ni'lin have become civilized rural communities and are similar in some urban features but different in the causes and factors which contributed to the emergence of these similar aspects, and this is mainly because of the geographic location of Ni’lin near the green line and the associated employment Inside the green line areas, but in Ein yabroud the external migration and remittances from emigrants that have the biggest role in urbanization. The study has come to a number of recommendations and suggestions in order to give the right solutions for the urbanization related problems in each community.
